Brand design and development
Windmill© is the digital content creation arm of Windmill Lane Group. We had worked successfully with Windmill© supplying design services to their clients so it seemed a natural step to ask us to create their own brand identity. Our theme for the new brand was ‘duality’, it was to be precise and fluid. Our intent was to create an identity with undertones of a pioneering and revolutionary nature. We integrated the © symbol as part of the new logotype to signify their ability to generate communication ideas and to create original content. A blend of dynamic images, a sharp colour palette and a controlled approach to composition resulted in an expressive brand identity prompting participation and an emotional response.
