They used to say that if you looked after the pennies the pounds would look after themselves. Nowadays it’s cents and euros and they need looking after more than ever. The same strategy applies when designing annual reports – pay attention to the detail and you won’t go wrong. The nature of this particular piece of communications for RegTel, the regulator for premium rate telecommunications, required a controlled approach to managing the narrative and statistical content. Uncluttered typography and clear and concise graphs combine to present the client’s message in a clean and easily accessible way.
