Brand Design and Development

Irish Property Unit Trust (IPUT), established in 1967, is the largest property trust in Ireland. It facilitates investment in Irish commercial properties with strong growth prospects and manages the portfolio to maximise its income return. IPUT commissioned Verso to create a compelling new brand identity while maintaining their existing brand heritage. We re-created the IPUT symbol as a series of inter-connecting solid forms with a subtle celtic undertone. A new colour pallete and typographic treatment were then added to accurately reflect IPUT’s current capabilities. The new identity system was implemented across the full range of IPUT touchpoints, including the company’s stationery and printed literature for investor relations, primarily its annual report and quarterly bulletins.
