Dalkey Book Festival

Dalkey Book Festival

Festival Branding, Marketing & Advertising

Dalkey Book Festival was set up to celebrate and foster the wealth of literary talent in and around Dalkey. Established by David McWilliams and Sian Smyth in 2010, the inspiration for the festival came from the desire of the local community to fight back against the economic recession. The festival, now in its third year, has quickly gained a reputation for excellence based on a varied programme featuring the best of local and international literary talent. It is responsible for attracting thousands of visitors to the town each year, contributing greatly towards the local economy and community. Verso has worked with Dalkey Book Festival since its inception, creating and developing the festival’s brand.

“Niall is full of ideas and he has design flair. His experience, talent and creative skill produced a brand we are really happy with and he is always a pleasure to work with, good at communicating and listening; he is committed and reliable”.
